A day spent training

Is never wasted, here Alix is looking down to the target at the 85 yard mark, its overcast and about to rain so up goes the rain sheet;

Tarpaulin up and start to group and zero the Ruger 77 in .243;
Acceptable grouping achieved, we move on to taking on deer silhouettes standing and sitting; It still looked like rain so an hour an a half later and some 30 rounds fired we called it a day and Richard stood us all lunch;

I personally was very happy with how well Alix has come on, thanks to her dads perserverance, her own cheerful nature and the comb raiser fitted by East Grinstead Guns Alix is moving on, now for a live deer.
